if you have issues rotating whole object you can highlight all parts and press ctrl+j to connect all to together

in that way ou can move/rotate the Fishbone in all way without issues..

The reason thos parts is seperated is cause if you want rotate Upper/lower jaws you can do it and then connect all together.
